Regional Privacy Rights Notice

Redfern Media | redfernmedia.com

Last Updated: April 2, 2026

Redfern Media is a United States-based business. Privacy laws may apply only when specific legal thresholds or territorial requirements are met. Where a law applies to our processing, we provide the rights and protections required by that law and may also honor certain requests voluntarily.

California Privacy Rights

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”), when the CCPA applies to Redfern Media and the relevant processing activity.

Subject to applicable law and exceptions, California residents may have the right to:

  • Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, disclose, sell, or share;
  • Request deletion of personal information we maintain about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information;
  • Receive certain personal information in a portable format;
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and certain uses for cross-context behavioral advertising, where applicable;
  • Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information, where applicable; and
  • Receive equal service and pricing without unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

Redfern Media does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. If our practices constitute “sharing” or another activity that creates an opt-out right under applicable California law, we will provide an appropriate opt-out mechanism and honor recognized opt-out preference signals as required by law.

Global Privacy Control

Where required by applicable law, Redfern Media recognizes browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser or device from which the signal is sent. Because GPC is generally browser- or device-specific, you may need to enable it separately on each browser or device you use.

European Economic Area and United Kingdom

If the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“EU GDPR”) or United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”) applies to Redfern Media’s processing of your personal data, you may have additional rights under those laws.

Depending on the circumstances, those rights may include the right to:

  • Request access to personal data we hold about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
  • Request deletion of personal data in certain circumstances;
  • Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances;
  • Object to certain processing, including certain direct marketing;
  • Receive certain personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format where the right to data portability applies;
  • Withdraw consent at any time when processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal; and
  • Lodge a complaint with an applicable data protection supervisory authority.

Legal Bases for Processing

Where the EU GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data only when we have an appropriate legal basis. Depending on the activity, this may include your consent, performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests where those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.

International Availability

Access to redfernmedia.com from a country does not, by itself, mean that every privacy law in that country applies. Applicability depends on the facts, including where individuals are located, whether services are directed to them, and whether covered monitoring occurs.
